General Life, and was acquired by us in 1997.
Concord Heritage Life markets supplemental life and health
insurance products through workplace marketing and is licensed
in 15 states. In addition, other products are made available
to individual markets.

Life allows our us the opportunity to serve
the supplemental insurance needs of a significantly greater
number of customers in the Northeast.

Freedom Life: |
| An Interest Sensitive Whole Life product with premiums payable to age 95. The minimum premium is $3.00/week and can be issued from 0 - 80 years old. Critical Illness and Level Term riders are available to age 65. A similar product is also available on an individual, direct bill basis. |

Freedom Disability: |
| Concord Heritage Life offers a payroll disability income product which is guaranteed renewable to age 65 subject to change in premiums by class. It provides a monthly benefit equal to 60% of gross earnings not to exceed $2,000 ($3,000 for groups over 50 lives). This product is also available on an individual, direct bill basis. |

| A decreasing term product available with a disability income rider. It is versatile and may be used to insure any kind of loan/commitment. This product offers a choice of amortization schedule and benefit periods. Minimum issue is $25,000. |

| This product provides a level death benefit. Premiums increase every fifth policy anniversary. Available ages 20 through 65, the minimum face amount is $50,000. |

First Colonial Insurance
Company (Property and Casualty Products)
First Colonial is a credit property and
casualty company licensed in 46 states. First Colonial products
provide protection of the loan repayment obligation to the
lender.
Credit Property/Installment Sales Floater (ISF) provides coverage
on personal property taken as collateral, purchased through
retail outlets, or financed through the use of a revolving
charge account. This coverage pays to repair or replace the
damaged property.
Collateral Protection (CPP) provides coverage to banks and
the consumer finance industry as well as the consumer on property
taken as collateral in the event that loan customers do not
maintain proper physical damage coverage. Automobiles are,
by far, the largest type of exposure, but the program also
covers small boats, travel trailers, and mobile homes.
Involuntary Unemployment Insurance (IUI) protects both debtors
and creditors in the event of the involuntary unemployment
of the debtor.
Guaranteed Automobile Protection (GAP) reimburses creditors
and lenders who waive the difference between the primary insurance
settlement and the outstanding balance of the vehicle on the
date of loss.
